
I started visiting and evaluating restaurants (as a hobby) since 2012, and I have evaluated many restaurants around the world, most of them were in Europe. I visited some famous worldwide restaurants, I met many famous chefs, and wandered into their kitchens.
I took more than ten thousand pictures of food and drinks, but the old pictures are modest because they were taken with a phone, and the issue of photography has evolved since 2016 when I decided to shoot with a professional camera, I put my card next to the plate to add credibility to the visit since 2017.
I don't show myself in public, and I don't evaluate restaurants for the purpose of getting a financial benefit or free dishes or posting ads (as most do today), but I enter restaurants quietly, and evaluate them accurately, and then post my photos and reviews, I visited more than 300 restaurants in 40 cities around the world.
I have good basics in cooking and a good knowledge in the world of coffee. I obtained several certificates in this field. What helps me in the evaluation is the experience, the number of restaurants I visited, and the passion. However, the evaluation remains subjective, but a good restaurant with a good evaluation is always admired by everyone.
